I utilize an Existential Integrated Approach to therapy, meaning I focus on exploring the fundamental questions of human existence and helping you find meaning and purpose in life.
I specialize in working with individuals facing specific challenges, including ADHD, men's issues, depression, existential anxiety, and bipolar disorder. These areas of focus reflect my deep understanding and expertise in these particular areas. By specializing in these concerns, I can provide targeted interventions and support that can address the specific needs and experiences of those seeking assistance.
